Project Description
In this Usability Review for a compliance training application as well as identifying usability issues some alternate designs were included in the report to illustrate possible solutions that address the usability issues discovered. This was a remote review where the client provide me with only the same information a potential examinee would have, (access to the application and basic instructions). From this I performed an “Expert Review using industry best practices and established Heuristics.

- Secure link containing an HTML version of the Usability Review.
- Expert Review Report (same content as the HTML version but in MS Word Format).
Results
Key usability issues (some critical) we’re identified (remotely) in a short space of time. Examples of how to solve the usability issues identified where included in the report. In only a few days significant issues where avoided with minimal investment, enabling the client to feed changes into the next product release. The results included saving considerable time and effort which would have otherwise been spent fixing usability problems after implementation.
